The Great Frontier is not for a few.

It is a faith journey for all of us.

"Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us.

Ephesians 3:20

The journey focuses on the condition of our hearts, further transforming us into the likeness of Jesus. Each step represents growth through a lifestyle of generosity and sacrifice.

  • What is a ONE FUND?

You may have been part of church campaigns in the past where you were asked to give a second gift “above and beyond” your normal offering to complete special projects. Perhaps you gave to the “Building Fund” as you continued to give to the “General Fund.” We believe it is healthier and simpler to give to a single fund.

The Great Frontier initiative will last two years. During those two years, every gift given to Arundel Christian Church will be used both to continue our ongoing ministries and to invest in the vision God has given us for the future. Both priorities will be part of a single budget set by our leadership and elders in response as commitments we make during the Great Frontier initiative.

Explanation of the Commitment Card

We’re embarking on a discipleship journey! What does it look like for us to trust God more deeply, follow Him more fully, and put Him first in every area of our lives, including our finances.

Stories of Transformation

Gabe and Shakira Woodson share their testimony and their excitement as they step into The Great Frontier. They’re passionate about seeing more people come to ACC, make it their home, grow in their faith, and mature as believers—then go out into the community to do meaningful work for God’s Kingdom.

Gabe and Shakira encourage us to trust God, have faith, and follow Him even into the unknown.

Carrie Permenter shares a powerful testimony of claiming her new identity in Christ.

As ACC looks at Abram and Sarai who were renamed not based on where they were, but where God was taking them, Carrie speaks of her past and who she was, and how God brought her into her new identity: sober, remarried to her husband, following God's path, creating a legacy of faith for her children. Our strong God to brought her out of her past and into His promises.

Mike and Chelsea Vaughan share how simple acts of obedience and faith — being baptized, serving others, attending and worshiping faithfully, sharing the Good News, and honoring one another in marriage — have transformed their lives. Through their journey at ACC, they have seen family members come to faith and are now raising their daughter with that same foundation of faith.

God’s work multiplies across generations. What we surrender to Him in faith, He uses to impact far more than just our own lives. He moves through our children, our children’s children, and countless others for generations to come.

Like Abraham and Sarah long ago, Mike and Chelsea are planting seeds of faith that will shape their family for generations.

Judi Wood encourages us to step into the Great Frontier and make an eternal impact!

Abraham’s obedience shaped generations far beyond what he could see — and the same is true for us today. The need for God in our community and nation has never been greater. What we do here matters. Every act of faith, every step of obedience, every moment of generosity and service has the power to impact lives for generations to come. This is not the time to hold back — this is the time to bring heaven down. Whether you’re young or old, it’s never too late to say “yes” to God. Your obedience may bless more people than you could ever imagine.

Don’t be afraid. God is moving, and together we can make a lasting difference. The moment is urgent, and the impact is eternal.
