Lead Pastor

Brian Hamilton is the Lead Pastor at ACC.  Brian is the primary teacher on Sunday morning, and also leads our Steering Team in setting the vision and direction for the church.  Brian also leads the staff of ACC.

              I usually preach every weekend at ACC, Lead a LIFE GROUP and teach some of our classes.

Ministry/professional background
            I graduated from Bluefield College of Evangelism and attended Emmanuel School of Religion for Seminary. I've been serving as a minister for nearly 20 years; started as a youth minister and later became a church planter. I’ve had a great time ministering in LA, WV, TN, OH and of course, here in my hometown, Glen Burnie.
 
Family Info
            My wife, Melinda and I were married in 1985 and we have a wonderful son, Shane and a beautiful daughter, Erica.  My wife is my best friend and we love FAMILY TIME!
 
How long have you been at ACC and what do you like about working here?
             I've been here since January of 2002.  I have always loved the people, volunteers and leaders of the church. The positive attitude and enthusiasm everyone has for God, ministry, and other people is amazing! I also have grown to love the car shows and special community days! 
 
What's your favorite book, movie, or television show?
            My favorite author is John Ortberg. One of my favorite movies is The Shawshank Redemption. I really like Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, the History Channel and anything showing on the Food Network.

I love amusement parks and huge roller coasters
